↣This beautiful solid wood wall mount wine rack is handcrafted in Tennessee. It will arrive fully assembled and screws and sheetrock anchors are included. There will be 2 small pilot holes pre-drilled in the upper back board and it will be easy to install.

Shipping from United States

We ship almost all orders via UPS Ground. Occasionally we use USPS depending on shipping distance and dimensions and weight of shipment.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy receipt unless an alternative address has been provided prior to shipping. Please take EXTRA care in entering your name and shipping address to avoid shipping delays or your item being returned to us for missing, incorrect or outdated information. If your item gets returned to us for this reason, buyer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipment and surcharges incurred by our shop for the return of your order by UPS.

Please do NOT provide a PO Box as your shipping address. We ask that buyers provide a street address for delivery of your order. We estimate our shipping rates, which are included in the pricing of our items, on UPS rates. We may need to cancel your order due to the cost of shipping. We will contact you in the event that this becomes an issue.

If you have a need to expedite the building of your item(s) please contact us before ordering to make arrangements. For a guaranteed order completion time you may need to purchase an "order rush" for an additional charge which is currently $25. This moves your order to the top of our production list. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we will do our absolute best to accommodate each request.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

*CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. If it is within 24 hours of placing your order (including weekends and holidays), we will issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours (must be prior to shipment processing) there will be a 20% restocking fee calculated on your item prices. We are unable to process an order cancellation if your item has been boxed and processed for shipping.

Contact us right away if your are dissatisfied with your purchase so we can work on a resolution. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order in order for a return to be authorized. After 14 days have passed, we will not accept returns on any item.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom sized or custom colored items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ONCE A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, the buyer is liable for return shipping cost. The refund will be contingent upon the buyer shipping the item and all hardware back and it arriving in like new condition with no shipping damage. If there is damage on the return shipment it will be the buyer liability. Buyer will be required to file a damage claim with the carrier selected for the return shipment. If there is damage on the return shipment, there will be no refund issued by Elkwoods Creations.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN in like new condition including the hardware, we will process your refund. We will refund the buyer the order total minus the original shipping charges incurred by Elkwoods Creations. We pay the entire shipping cost to send our orders and this cost can vary greatly depending on where we ship the order. We will NOT refund these charges. We also retain a 10% restocking fee on the order total minus the original shipping charges.

Standard sized items may be exchanged for a 20% restock/exchange fee. Customer is also responsible for shipping both ways. We mush receive the returned item in like new undamaged condition.

Notify Elkwoods within 24 hours to let us know that the item arrived damaged. You must provide us with photos of the damage & also a photo of the original shipping box and packing materials. We package our orders very carefully and have very minimal shipping damages. We look at these on a case by case basis.

All of our listing photos are actual items/orders we have built and stained. We cannot guarantee an item will exactly match our photos. The photos are meant to be examples and to represent our products and colors as best as possible. However due to the nature of the solid wood, each board will vary and the grain of each board will vary. We do not make our own stain. We use Minwax oil based stain and each can may vary slightly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your production time?

Production time is the time it takes for Elkwoods to create and package your order. It doesn't include the actual shipping time. This estimated time is available at each viewed item.

What if I have a "need by" date?

Please do not order without contacting us if you "need" your item prior to our estimated production time available at the "Shipping & Policies" link. Please contact us in advance to see if we are able to meet your timeline. We do offer a RUSH order option for an additional charge. This will not change your order shipping time but it will move your order to the top of our order list.

How can I RUSH my order?

YES! We do have a private RUSH order listing available which would be in addition to your item order. This will expedite the production of your order. Your order will move to the top of the orders list. Please let us know if you would like to do this and we will make this listing available for you :)

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We utilize UPS for shipping our orders. Please provide a street address for your order. If you are unable to use a residential or business street address please contact us ahead of time if a post office box is your only option for delivery. We may need to add additional shipping charges.

What is the finish on your items?

We apply Minwax oil based semi-transparent stain to our products. There can be variations from can to can of stain as we do not make the stain. Finished products have a matte finish and some grain is visible as the stain is semi-transparent. The buyer may apply more stain if desired, remove some stain, or even add a clear coat if desired. We don't apply a clear coat because it is then very difficult to make any adjustments to the item if the buyer would like to do so. During our time in business we have found that a vast majority of our customers prefer the rustic matte finish of stain only. Buyers can add polyurethane to their items if they would like. We recommend the Minwax oil based fast drying satin finish polyurethane.

Is there an odor to the finished products?

We make all of our items TO ORDER which includes the building and staining. We provide a production time under each item. We carefully build them, stain them, package them and ship them as quickly as possible to maintain very good customer service. Because every item is made to order there may be a scent of stain on the products for a few days. The only product we apply to the wood is Minwax oil based stain and it does have scent coming out of the can. Please understand that the item will still have a "fresh" finish on it when you receive it and the scent will subside in a few days. If it is something you are sensitive too then please just wait a couple of days prior to installing them.

What type of wood do you use?

We use solid pine wood. It is a select grade (very limited in knots) eastern white pine. Each of the boards is approximated .75 inches thick. There will be variations in grain pattern from board to board and even color variation from a very light white to some slight reddish tones. These variations affect how the stain color appears.

What hardware do you provide?

We provide #6 by 2 inch in length sheetrock screws and Toggler SnapSkru SPM mini self-drilling drywall anchors. They install into sheetrock walls from 3/8" thick up to 5/8" thick.
